Fixed coordinate in externCLCs

ubFixed coordinates in ExternCLCs/b/u

Since version 0.1.28 fixed coordinates of visual component (horizontal / vertical alignment = None) bare calculated relative to left-top corner of owning CLC/b.


It means, that visual components with fixed X coordinate = 0 is aligned to left edge of bowning CLC/b.
When you move owning (extern) CLC in Master, these components will be moved too.

In previous versions of SDF, fixed coordinates were calculated to "global" origin in top-left corner.
Moving owning CLC had no influence to them, which caused some problems with formatting of the output.
