Clause 4.1 Characteristic values, paragraph (1)

The characteristic values of snow load on the ground sk in the France are given in Snow Load Map.
Loads are in kN/m2

Clause 4.3 Treatment of exceptional snow loads on the ground, paragraph (1)

Exceptional snow load are given directly by the snow map from previous paragraph. These values are independent on the altitude.

Clause 5.2 Load arrangements, paragraph (7)

Different topography is used.
Topography Ce
If the quasi-permanent conditions of shelter roofs due
to neighboring buildings lead to substantially prevent movement
of the snow by wind
1,25
In all other cases 1,0

Clause 5.2 Load arrangements, paragraph (8)

Ct = 1,0 for all roof materials

Clause 5.3.3 Pitched roofs, paragraph (4)

Standard drifted load arrangement is recommended. Annex B can be used by individual project specification.

Clause 5.3.4 Multi-span roofs, paragraph (3)

Standard drifted snow load is recommended. Annex B can be used by individual project specification.

Clause 5.3.4 Multi-span roofs, paragraph (4)

If α ≥ 60°, the coefficient μ2 = 1,6

Clause 5.3.5 Cylindrical roofs, paragraph (1)

μ3,max = 2,0

Clause 5.3.5 Cylindrical roofs, paragraph (3)

Standard drifted load arrangement is recommended.

Clause 5.3.6 Roof abutting and close to taller construction works, paragraph (1)

0,8 ≤ μw ≤ 2,8
5 m ≤ ls ≤ 15 m

Clause 5.3.6 Roof abutting and close to taller construction works, paragraph (3)

Annex B can be used if individual project specifications request consider of case B3.

Clause 6.2 Drifting at projections and obstructions, paragraph (2)

Annex B can be used if individual project specifications request consider of case B3.
In case of two parapets, next load case is used.

μw,max = 1,6

Clause 6.3 Snow overhanging the edge of a roof, paragraph (1)

Clause should be used for sites at altitudes greater than 900 m above sea level and when the individual project specifications prescribed for sites a lower altitude.

Clause 6.3 Snow overhanging the edge of a roof, paragraph (2)

The coefficient k remains unchanged. The bulk weight density of snow γ = 3 kN/m3 as recommended.
