CLC updates

Version 0.1.1 and higher

SDF User automatically check SCIA database for new versions of installed CLCs.
Once new version of CLC(s) is available, SDF User shows a notification in top-right corner.
User can download all CLC updates with once click.


CLC version is defined in CLC header. Developer can change CLC version at HeaderTab in SDF Builder.
bCLC developer is responsible for versioning CLC, there is no automatic feature for this/b.

Database of CLCs is automatically updated during CLC build at the SCIA portal.
